Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Customer Satisfaction: 

We guarantee the quality of our service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please call within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment and we will re-clean a particular area.

Damaged and/or Broken Items: 

Our Company is insured and licensed; however accidents do happen. We ask you to please put away any valuables and fragile items. Nice and Clean Maids is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any items.

Cancellations: 

Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 non-refundable fee. In the event of cancellation without proper notice, a bill will be mailed to your home or business.

Payment: 

Payment is due at time of service.

Travel Time/Late: 

We will try our best to be on time, but please allow a 30-60 minute window period due to inclement weather or traffic conditions.

Additional Services: 

If you need additional services, we ask you to let us know 24 hours in advance to discuss the service and the rate that will be charged. Any last-minute additional services will have to be rescheduled for a next appointment. We provide cleaning supplies. We can only move and/or lift objects no heavier than twenty pounds.

Our Rates:

Our rates are not determined only by the size of the house/apartment/condo/office/spaces; also by the condition of same and depending on the length of time in between cleaning visits. We may charge also by the hour or flat rate depending on the kind of cleaning project.

OUR DEFINITIONS OF LEVEL OF CLEANING ARE LISTED HERE:

Light Cleaning:

Light Cleaning are spaces that have been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up.

Medium Cleaning:

Medium Cleaning are spaces that has been maintained once per month or every couple of weeks and has 2 layers of dirt build up.

Deep Cleaning:

Deep Cleaning are spaces that have Not been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 3-4 layers of dirty build up.

Heavy Duty Cleaning:

Heavy Duty Cleaning are spaces that have not been cleaned in years and has 4-6 layers of dirty build up.

These definitions and the quote will help us to understand both. Customer and Nice and Clean Maids Service the time and rate of the cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse to do some chores if they represent any physical risk. Keep in mind, our quotes are based upon our clients input of quote information. Upon final evaluation of services, a quote confirmation will be supplied.
